A spiritual direction relationship begins only after we have mutually agreed to enter into that relationship and you have reviewed and accepted the Spiritual Direction Informed Consent and Agreement.

Spiritual Direction
Catholic spiritual direction is a ministry of prayerful listening and discernment intended to help individuals grow in their relationship with God. Spiritual direction is distinct from counseling, psychotherapy, coaching, pastoral counseling, medical care, or crisis intervention. Individuals who choose to begin spiritual direction will be asked to review and acknowledge a separate Spiritual Direction Informed Consent and Agreement before services begin.
